This is like Bush speaking to Bob Jones University, or a Democrat shaking hands at a labor union convention. Spears, like so many undertalented divas before her, knows the only demographic who'll be listening to her music five years from now will be club queens ... assuming they haven't yet tired of the remix of "Oops, I Did It Again." No worries on that count.
Just ask Cher, who's already made the "Will and Grace" pilgrimage. Bring us your washed-up, your fragile, your melodramatic ... we'll rehabilitate anyone! Even a cheesy ho from Orlando.
