Dictatorial wisdom

"Glory is fleeting, but obscurity is forever."

Don't I know it.

  1. True genius is rarely recognized in one's own lifetime.

I know that's of little consolation.

On the plus side, I've told everyone I know how great your blog is, and I'm going to put a link to you on my blog, if that's okay.

On the minus side...all that can get you is a bunch more stay-at-home-moms of young kids reading your musings; not exactly the driving forces of the publishing world. But, they're SMART, and they'll comment.

Chin up, malcontent. I also know the pain of toiling in obscurity! : )

Maybe you just need to walk around with your hand in your pants like Napoleon.

You wouldn't be obscure for long. Although probably not the notoriety your're looking for.

    Would be funny, though.
