If you're a nationally unknown presidential wannabe, landing the cover of The New York Times Magazine stands as a real coup. Former Virginia Gov. Mark Warner, a centrist Democrat, received said honor today, under the banner headline: "The Anti-Hillary."
But if I were Warner, I'd sue. The cover photo makes him look like a dishonest televangelist (is there any other kind?), or the treasurer of a rural Satanic sect.
Or maybe I'm just not ready for a president who wears purple suits.
